- Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your order is completed, you receive an immediate personal-use license and downloadable files, which cannot be “returned.” Therefore, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Size Guide & Preparation: We highly recommend that you carefully review our size guides and measure your dog before purchasing. This helps ensure the best fit and experience.
- Accessing Your Files: After purchase, log in to your account where you can download your files under the “My Account” → “Downloads” section.
